This big belled bloodwood beast is a lovely traditional style player and a real showpiece! its closer to an open bore style player and has got a bit more weight around the flared bell area which keeps the bass tones down a bit and in control so the larger bell hasnt unbalanced the tone. its got some lovely impressive features to the timber in the bell section with a gorgeous natural appearance! vibrant red colour tones in this NT bloodwood. it has kept a raw tone and gives good crunch when played hard with some underlaying vocals pushed through it. plays fast for a didgeridoo in E it feels more like an F didge pressure wise, yet has the warmth in its tone that a didgeridoo in E offers. Would ideally suit as an acoustic or outdoor player who likes to get into nature to play and wants a hardwearing louder didgeridoo. its large bell may not suit as well for mic use on stage, and probably not the best didge for travel or standing up with as its 4.5kg in weight, but if its a durable strong sturdy playing instrument youd like and a real showpiece to add! this one will suit you well!
