Shipping Policy
O’Meara didgeridoos uses only premium shipping services worldwide such as, DHL, FedEx for international air express for safe, efficient trustworthy doorstep deliveries and TNT express couriers within Australia.
All didgeridoos are packaged in specially made high quality didgeridoo boxes with extra heavy duty cardboard to protect against damage or any possible mishandling during transit, in addition to that each item is individually wrapped in bubble wrap prior to packaging in boxes.

Eastern Europe and Russia $200 aud
Canada and United states of America (including Hawaii.) $130 aud
South America and Mexico $150 aud
Northern Territory and Western Australia $80 aud

Return & Exchange Policy
All purchases are non refundable, however I offer a 30 day settle in period with all didgeridoos sold. If for any reason you are not happy with your didgeridoo upon arrival or within the first 30 days after arrival, I will happily exchange for another didgeridoo of equal value. All shipping costs to return and resend replacement will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any damage or loss of items during transit is not the responsibility of O’Meara Didgeridoos however the utmost care is taken with correct packaging to avoid any damage occurring.

Insurance for shipping.
Fully comprehensive insurance is available at a small extra cost in case of loss or damage whilst in transit. Although loss or damage is rare, it is advisable to choose this option for peace of mind.
